General Conditions

Refunds are granted for services paid for but not yet commenced, provided the cancellation and refund request is made within 14 days of payment. After work has begun, refunds are issued at our discretion, depending on the amount of work that has been completed.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to contactus@pixlsquares.com with your order number and detailed reasons for the request. We will evaluate the circumstances and respond within 7 business days.

Limitations on Refunds

Refunds are not provided for services fully completed to the client’s specifications. This policy also applies to any third-party services already procured at the client’s request, such as domain registration fees.
